The Golf Guide Tour - The Race to Fancourt South Africa
The Golf Guide Tour is a series of pairs golf events which doesn't just result in sending 40 golfers to Spain, but also 2 golfers to Fancourt, South Africa! There is no other tour like it!
The events are hosted across the Northwest, Yorkshire, Northeast, Midlands and Scotland with Open qualifying venues, Ryder Cup venues and a visit to the Iconic St Andrews Old Course Hotel playing none other than The Old Course and The Jubilee Courses. Our penultimate venue is Gleneagles playing the PGA Centenary and Kings Courses.
This tour gives the amateur golfer a tournament experience of competition golf on top class courses that challenge all abilities. The format of our events is pairs better ball, 90% handicap stable ford points played off the competition tees.
The winners of each Golf Guide Tour event will receive an invite to the competition finals in the Costa del Sol in either November 2018 or February 2019. This includes a 3 night stay in The Tamisa Hotel inc breakfast, 3 rounds of golf, flights and transfers.
The Race to Fancourt, South Africa series is an order of merit where competitors are required to play in a minimum of 4 events from The Golf Guide Tour. The Ten pairs with the highest average score from any 4 events after the Gleneagles event will enter a playoff at Fairhaven Golf Club where the winners on the day will receive a 7 day trip to Fancourt, South Africa including flights, transfers, daily golf and accommodation in this fantastic resort.
